Skilled Administrative Support Professional
Please allow me to give you a brief background of my previous projects and accomplishments.
I have a total of 6 years working experience as an Engineer. My previous work experiences helped me to focus on my client's needs. This way I was able to create solutions and implement them efficiently resulting to my client's hundred percent satisfaction. Most of my job's functions as an engineer not only involves customer and technical support but I was also involved in various Project Management tasks. One of which is documenting a lot of our processes may it be from issuing a report ticket, handling customer calls, troubleshooting, receiving customer's feedback and a lot more. I was also given the responsibility to prepare our company for various audits and certifications like ISO. One of my responsibilities here is to ensure that everything is followed according to standards. I also need to prepare the team for whatever scenario that may arise during the audit. These experiences gave me an edge in handling a lot of office application tasks may it be from generating and maintaining spreadsheets, documenting our department's processes up to preparing PowerPoint presentations.
When it comes to being a freelancer, I also have experiences when it comes to internet research, writing, proofreading and editing medical articles. I find information on various nutritional supplements found in the market, write articles about them and posting these articles on the client's website once it is approved. Here, I learned to be creative with my words and on how I was going to present these articles in such a way that it can attract as many readers as possible and engage these people to my client's website. I also have an experience teaching Japanese and Korean professionals and students how to use the English language in their business needs. These experiences gave me an edge as a professional because they allow me to improve on my communication skills and they allow me to have a good command of the English language.
I completed a Freelancing Course from the Filipino Virtual Assistance Academy and received a Gold Certificate Award.
